Scalability

Electriqua supports more than 60.000 stations per server. Adjust the scalability to your needs — remove or add charging stations.

OCPP

OCPP is the protocol that chargers and our SaaS platform, Electriqua, use to communicate with one another. Simply put, any OCPP-compliant EV charger is interoperable with Electriqua.

Management features

Dashboard login

Registration via a Google account and an Apple cloud account allows you to employ two-factor authentication and protect your account from theft.

Remote start/stop

1-tier or 2-tier technical support can remotely start/stop charging sessions on behalf of the client.

Fleet related reports

Electriqua provides a wide range of reports to meet specific fleet needs quickly. Monitor drivers’ activity, understand the functionality better, and adjust electric vehicle charging stations. All reports are approved according to the EVC industry.

Mobile notifications

If the charging session is interrupted due to an insufficient wallet balance or a stop by the admin, CPO customers receive push notifications in their mobile app.

Static and dynamic load management

With static load management, you can specify electricity consumption per port. With dynamic load management, we provide several industry-wide solutions to receive an instant available power limit and distribute it among ports or stations.

Station management

Bulk station management

With this functionality, CPO can admin a huge number of stations (1000+), edit configuration parameters, and perform hard and soft resets. These actions are applicable to both connected and disconnected stations (when they go online). CPO can also apply timeouts to certain actions or cancel them.

Remote station configuration

Configure all the available parameters of the station remotely and ensure the stability and high operational performance of your charging equipment.

Remote firmware update

Electriqua supports software station updates via either
our CDN servers or vendor-specific ones.

Audit log

This feature simplifies audits and investigations by recording all system activities and user interactions. An audit log allows you to trace and investigate incidents, identify the root cause, and take appropriate actions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Connectivity monitoring

This feature lets you continuously track the status of your charging station connectivity statistics to maximize operational time. With connectivity monitoring, you can reduce downtime and minimize the impact on EV drivers, ensuring that charging infrastructure remains available when needed.
